  1. Open Wallets in the left menu and find the shared wallet you want to use. If it already exists, skip to step 4.

Step 1 · Click to enlarge
  2. If needed, select Create wallet, choose the receiving asset and network, then select Shared wallet.

Step 2 · Click to enlarge
  3. Enter a recognizable remark, check the address quota cost and create the wallet. Find it in the list after creation succeeds.

Step 3 · Click to enlarge
  4. Find the shared wallet for the right asset and select its collection icon. Do not use the header's fee top-up entry for customer payments.

Step 4 · Click to enlarge
  5. In Direct collection, check the asset and enter the amount to receive. Select Create cashier once the details are correct. This creates the pay-in order.

Step 5 · Click to enlarge
  6. Check the checkout's amount and asset, then share its link with the payer. Ask them to use the displayed network, amount and deadline. If the order expires, obtain a new payment link before sending funds.

Step 6 · Click to enlarge
  7. Open Payins and filter by the generated platform order number. Awaiting payment means the order is waiting for payment. After payment, check blockchain confirmations and order status. API integrations must also check that callbacks updated their own business orders.

Shared wallets match payments by amount and validity period. Ask payers to verify the checkout before transferring. For ongoing deposits with freely chosen amounts, use an exclusive wallet.
