Check orders and payment status

Understand pending, detected, confirming and completed states, and distinguish risk assessment from callback delivery.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in your own dashboard. Select an image to enlarge it.

  1. Open Payins and filter by order number, transaction hash, address or label. Reset the filters to broaden the search.

  2. Awaiting payment means payment is pending. Detected or Confirming means the platform is processing an on-chain transaction. Detection alone does not mean all confirmations are complete.

  3. Check the completed status, asset, amount and transaction details. Risk assessment, order completion and callback results are separate facts.

  4. Use Wallet Ledger to reconcile fund movements. If your business system has not updated, check the callback configuration and delivery result. A completed order does not prove that your callback was processed.

The on-chain balance is the final reference for wallet funds. Lists may show a synchronized snapshot. A failed lookup or unknown balance does not mean zero.
