Records and troubleshooting
Use the right ledger to distinguish on-chain funds from platform fees.
Follow these steps in your own dashboard. Select an image to enlarge it.
Wallet Ledger shows fund movements related to your merchant wallets. Match entries by asset, address, order or transaction.
Fee Ledger records network fees, plans and services charged to the fee account. It does not represent a merchant wallet's on-chain balance.
Topups tracks credits to the fee account. Compare the actual sending network, asset, address and transaction hash with the record.
If an amount is unclear, match the relevant order and transaction hash. Do not treat an unknown balance as zero or replace the on-chain balance with a simple sum of ledger entries.
Wallets, the fee account and top-up records serve different purposes. Do not count the same operation twice because it appears in more than one view.
