Find your wallets, orders and fee records, then choose the guide for your business.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in your own dashboard. Select an image to enlarge it.
Use the left menu to open Wallets, Payins, Payout Orders or Sweep Records. Start each lookup from the relevant business page.
Step 1 · Click to enlarge Data Overview summarizes your payments and wallets. Available plan features depend on your account and the platform configuration.
Merchant wallets hold funds on the blockchain. The fee account pays network fees, plans and other service charges. Never give a fee top-up address to a customer as a payment address.
Start with the exclusive wallet guide, especially for member deposits. Use shared wallets when you need fixed-amount orders. For a system integration, continue with the API and callback guides.
For your first payment, choose the wallet mode that fits your business. We recommend exclusive wallets for member deposits. Before a payout or sweep, check both the wallet funds and fee balance.
