Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in your own dashboard. Select an image to enlarge it.
Open Settings and scroll to Multi-Factor Authentication. Check which protections are currently enabled.
Step 1 · Click to enlarge Verify your current password as requested, then complete setup in your own authenticator. Never share the QR code, secret or verification codes.
Enter the code shown by your authenticator and confirm. Treat the setup as active only after it has been saved successfully.
When a payout, sweep, payment recovery or key reset requests verification, complete the checks shown on that page before submitting.
Keep your authenticator and API Key secure. Hide passwords, keys and verification codes when sharing screenshots or contacting support.
