Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in your own dashboard. Select an image to enlarge it.

  1. Find Fee balance in the header and select Top up. This account pays network fees, plans and services separately from the funds in your merchant wallets.

Step 1 · Click to enlarge
  2. Choose TRC20-USDT or BEP20-USDT in the dialog. Select the same asset and network in your sending wallet.

Step 2 · Click to enlarge
  3. After switching to BEP20-USDT, check the dedicated address for that network again. It does not expire and requires no amount entry in the dashboard. Never mix addresses from the two networks.

Step 3 · Click to enlarge
  4. Select Copy address. After the confirmation, paste it into your sending wallet. Check the full address, asset and network, then enter the amount and confirm the transfer.

Step 4 · Click to enlarge
  5. Wait for blockchain confirmation after sending, then open Topups from the left menu to check the credited amount and status.

Step 5 · Click to enlarge
  6. Filter by status, asset and date, and match the transaction hash. If a credit is missing, inspect the original sending transaction and network before doing anything else. Do not immediately send another top-up.

Step 6 · Click to enlarge

Get your fee top-up address from Top up in your own dashboard header. Top up a negative fee balance before continuing. Payouts also require enough fee balance for the single payout or the entire batch.
