Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in your own dashboard. Select an image to enlarge it.

  1. Open Payout Orders and select New payout. Check available wallet funds and enough fee balance for the network fee.

Step 1 · Click to enlarge
  2. Choose the source wallet on the left of the dialog and enter the recipient and amount on the right. Search by remark or address if needed. Watch-only addresses cannot send payouts.

Step 2 · Click to enlarge
  3. After selecting a wallet, check its address, asset and available balance at the top right. Confirm the recipient supports the same network.

Step 3 · Click to enlarge
  4. Enter the complete address supplied by the recipient and the payment amount. Check the beginning and end of the address and the network to avoid sending to the wrong destination.

Step 4 · Click to enlarge
  5. Review source, destination, amount and fees again, complete the requested security verification and submit. Deleting the source address afterwards is optional; leave it unchecked unless needed. Select Cancel if you are not ready to pay.

Step 5 · Click to enlarge
  6. Return to Payout Orders after submission. Filter by status and check the transaction hash. If the result is unknown, investigate the original order and transaction instead of paying again.

Step 6 · Click to enlarge
  7. For a batch, select Batch payout and download the template. Prepare an Excel file with recipient addresses and amounts, import it, and review every entry, the total and the network fees for the entire batch before submitting.

Step 7 · Click to enlarge

Submitting a payout sends funds from your wallet. Verify that the recipient supplied the address and that the network matches. Check the original result before retrying to avoid duplicate payments.
